This 32.8 acres of northeastern Nevada land for sale sits next to the Pilot Range and the Toano Mountain Range just 20 minutes drive from Montello, NV which is only about an hour drive from the small gambling town of Wendover, NV and by the Utah-Nevada border. This property is easy to get to with mostly well maintained gravel roads without the need of 4x4 vehicle.

All of the photos were taken in July of 2022 of the property and surrounding views. With mountain views all the way around, good access, and lots of privacy for this big chunk of land!
My favorite part of the property is the rolling hills throughout. There are lots of great building spots and personally I would build at the top of one of the rolling hills to get better views of the valley and the land below. Would be a great spot to build a home with a daylight basement. Such great views of Pilot Peak to the south and the range to the east just a short distance.
The property location also provides easy access to the main graveled road through this valley and is less than an hour drive to the gambling town of Wendover.

Water is by well and can typically range from 100-200 feet in this area which is very reasonable. I did not see any power close enough to easily connect to, but you can use alternative energy such as solar power, wind power, or generator for electricity. Waste is by septic.
