Utilities and Development

The closest power is to the north along Southern Blvd and even closer running south toward the property to the nearest neighbor! You will want to check with the local power company to find out just how far. For water, you would need to either drill a well or use a holding tank. Nearby homes are a good sign of potable water and at an affordable depth. Septic would need to be installed for waste. 

Rio Rancho Estates Subdivision

Outside of the investment value of this New Mexico land for sale, this is an excellent place to live and play. West of this subdivision are tons of trails for ATV, dirt bikes, 4x4, hiking, horseback riding, golfing, etc. With quick access to town, but without the high costs and taxes this is an excellent property for a home site or a great place to pull up an RV and have some fun.
